Step 2 Discuss: An appointment will be set up to clarify business needs and to establish the most appropriate course(s).

Step 3  Diagnostic: We will undertake an employee diagnostic test to evaluate and confirm language needs.

Step 4  Finalize curriculum: Based on the diagnostic test results, we send a preliminary curriculum to you to check and adjust before finalizing.

Step 5  Sign contract: Training schedule, materials used, trainer transportation costs, payment methods and contract are agreed in this step.

Step 6 – Training: With your cooperation, we implement your customized course with a focus on task competence and continuous learning, giving ownership of learning to your employees.

Step 7  Feedback and course evaluation: You may choose from a variety of feedback methods:

  1. Tests that reflect actual work done.
  2. Graded ‘assessment portfolio’ which collates written work done in session, and spoken assignments.
  3. Receive verbal feedback on an ad hoc basis.
  4. Written feedback on each participant can be provided.
